E. Golf View is strictly parking by permit only. Vehicles parked in the parking lot without a permit issued by Haverkamp Properties are subject to be towed at the vehicle owner’s expense. Towing can occur at all hours of the day, 7 days a week. F. Units at Golf View will be eligible for parking spaces based on its number of bedrooms. Parking spaces include both uncovered lot spaces and rented garage stalls. 1. 1-bedroom units – maximum of 1 parking space 2. 2-bedroom units – maximum of 2 parking spaces 3. 3-bedroom units – maximum of 2 parking spaces G. There is no guest parking at Golf View. H. Parking permits are non-transferrable between vehicles I. Lost or stolen permits must be reported to the office immediately. Vehicles found to be using permits reported as being lost or stolen will be subject to towing at the vehicle owner’s expense. J. Parking permits can be replaced at no charge for a traded-in vehicle. Proof of sale and purchase must be provided to the office at the time that a new permit is issued. K. Parking permits can be replaced if reported to the office for a fee of $150. Payment is due in the form of a check or money order at the time the replacement permit is issued.
